Privacy Policy

Last updated September 20, 2026

Proof of Wear is operated by Quigley Group LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.

Information you give us

Checkout. When you buy, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address so we can reserve your unit, produce it, and ship it. Payment details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Waitlist. If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address (or wallet address, if you sign up that way) so we can tell you when we launch.

Wallet. If you connect a wallet and sign in, we keep your wallet address for the session so the studio knows who you are. Connecting a wallet is read-only — we cannot move your assets.

Support. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.

Information collected automatically

We record anonymous funnel events — page views, verification scans, shares, and referral clicks — to understand how the site is used. These events are not linked to your identity.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in after wallet sign-in, and a short-lived nonce cookie used during the sign-in handshake. Both are required for the site to function; neither is used for advertising.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship your orders, to notify waitlist members of the launch, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to operate and improve the site. We will email you about your order and — if you joined the waitlist — about the launch. Nothing else, no spam.

Who we share it with

Stripe, to process payments. Fulfillment partners, to produce and ship your order (only the details needed to do so). We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email johnpeter@quigley.email and we will respond. Deleting your information before your order ships may prevent us from fulfilling it.

Data retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting, and tax purposes. Waitlist addresses are kept until you ask us to remove them. Anonymous metrics contain no personal data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the “last updated” date above. For questions: johnpeter@quigley.email.
