Terms of Service

Last updated September 20, 2026

Proof of Wear is operated by Quigley Group LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your purchases and your use of wear.builderscreatebuilders.com (the “site”). By buying from us or using the site, you agree to them.

What we sell

Proof of Wear sells limited-edition apparel. Our own house gear is released in editions of 100 pieces per design; holder-designed drops are released in the edition size stated on their campaign page.

Every physical unit is paired with a digital twin page — a provenance record for that unit. The twin page is included with your purchase at no extra charge.

Orders and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout — we never see or store your card number. Your unit is reserved the moment your payment confirms, and your twin page becomes available right away.

Each edition is strictly capped. If payment confirms after an edition has sold out, we refund you automatically.

Fulfillment and shipping

Our pieces are produced to order — that is why fulfillment follows the purchase, not the checkout click. Fulfillment opens after the launch window; when your order is ready to produce and ship, we will email you.

Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. We ship to the address you provide; please make sure it is correct, because made-to-order pieces cannot be rerouted once produced.

Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your piece goes into production — just email johnpeter@quigley.email.

Because each piece is made to order for you, we cannot restock or resell it once produced. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

The provenance mark

Every garment carries a scannable mark linking to a signed attestation. The attestation proves holder provenance — that the design was created by the verified holder of the listed token(s). It does not verify IP licensing or collection approval, and it does not transfer any ownership of the underlying token or artwork to you.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the checkout, attempt to circumvent edition caps, scrape the site aggressively, or misrepresent your relationship to Proof of Wear. We may cancel orders that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
